The lottery campaign "SKHOME0024” takes place from February 01, 2024 to September 30, 2024.

We will draw one winner on 3^rd October 2024.

This Campaign is intended for a residential real estate, which is located in Slovakia. The real estate that meets this condition is hereinafter referred to as the "Project". 

The following additional conditions must be met in order to participate in the Campaign:

- potential future final customers are the owners, co-owners or future owners of the Project, or live at the address of the Project, regardless of whether they are natural or legal persons ("Participant");

- Only individuals who are of legal age in their country of residence on the day of joining the campaign may participate as participants in the Campaign;

- Participants have purchased IKO Cambridge Xpress or IKO Cambridge Xtreme 9,5° roof shingles with an IKO approved distributor with a minimum of 148 m² in the period between 01.02.2024 and 30.09.2024 to replace their old roof or to cover their new roof. The winner of the lottery needs to send IKO Sales his invoice as proof of that purchase, indicating the number of m² purchased IKO Cambridge shingles.

- Participants (individual or legal person) can register in the campaign only once. 

- The participant who registers in the campaign must submit all mandatory and/or required data and must consent to the collection and processing of personal and other data throughout the campaign. Once the winner is awarded, the participant cannot revoke his/her consent to the processing of personal or other data necessary for the implementation of the Campaign.

Persons who are employees of the organizer or persons close to him or his employees (within the meaning of §§ 22(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code), as well as contractual business partners of the organizer and their employees or persons who are their statutory bodies and persons in a similar position, are not allowed to participate in the competition.

To participate in this “SKHOME0024” Campaign, the visitor must visit the website created for this purpose, at EN Form Contest | Iko or the IKO Facebook page where visitors will find the registration form created for this purpose. The visitor must then complete the required personal and other information on the registration form of the campaign landing page or on Facebook form, accept this document with the rules of the Campaign, and finally submit the request. 

The participants of the Campaign are not required to pay any payment or other contribution for participation in the Campaign. Participants are free to decide how long they will participate in the Campaign. 

The participant needs to have purchased IKO Cambridge roof shingles in the color of his/her choice, within the period between February 2024 and September 2024, with a min. of 148 m² with an IKO distributor in Slovakia. The participant must send the proof of purchase of shingles to the e-mail address: marketing.ikosales@iko.com, no later than 30.9.2024.

The winner of the lottery receives the investment of the IKO Cambridge Shingles back for the m² of roof shingles needed to cover the roof surface of his Project, however with a max. of 250 m². This amount of m² is mentioned clearly on the IKO distributor’s invoice to the participant. The reimbursement is done in the form of a Credit note from the IKO distributor to the winner. The reimbursement is not transferable (it can be reimbursed only to the selected Participant, the winner).

All costs associated with participation in the competition are borne by the participant of the competition, or a person who entered the competition of his own free will.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the competition anyone who it discovers or has reasonable suspicions of participating in fraud or unfair dealings in order to win a prize, as well as anyone who makes derogatory or negative comments about the organizer during the competition, or who the organizer has discovered that his rights or the rights of third parties have been abused in connection with the organization of the competition. In this context, the organizer is also entitled to cancel the competition, not to award the prize or to demand the return of the prize from the (presumed) winner. The organizer is entitled to prevent participation in the competition to those who participate in it in violation of good morals. The organizer is not obliged to justify exclusion from the competition.

The draw will be made using an appropriate computer program called random.org. The draw will take place for the first time: 3^rd October 2024, for the period of submitted requests 01.02.2024 - 30.09.2024 at 11.00 in the premises of IKO Sales International NV. The jury will sign the minutes of the draw process and the selected participant. If any member of the jury has justified objections to the draw, the jury may decide to repeat the draw.

The selected participant will be notified of the result of the draw (selection for reimbursement of Cambridge shingles) via e-mail within 5 (five) working days from the draw. The selected participant will be published on the website and via Facebook profile IKO Sales International NV, where the full name and place of residence of the selected participant will be publicly announced.

The selected participant will be asked to show her/his identity document and to show the purchase invoice of Cambridge Shingles. The winner will confirm receipt of reimbursement matching the roof surface of his Project and with a min. of 148 m² and a max. of 250 m² of the Project. 
For this purpose, if the selected participant is a legal person, the reimbursement will be given to its representative, whose contact details must be communicated to IKO Sales International NV no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the results of the relevant Campaign. The organizer of the campaign is not responsible for any delay in giving the reimbursement, which is the consequence of non-transmission of contact information regarding the selected representative of the legal person by the legal person. 

The prize of the lottery Campaign is the reimbursement for the amount of purchased m² of IKO Cambridge Shingles of the winner’s Project roof surface, with a minimum of 148 m² and a maximum of 250 m².

The reimbursement cannot be returned and is not transferable (it can only be transferred to the selected participant).There is no substitute for the reimbursement, it is not transferable, and no part or parts can be replaced with other benefits, items or accessories.

The IKO distributor will reimburse the amount to the selected participant, the winner. IKO Sales International NV will arrange a matching credit note to the IKO distributor.

The organizer of the campaign is not responsible for any error and / or omission related to personal details provided by the participant or in case the selected participant cannot be contacted due to such error / omission. In case of inability to deliver the reimbursement to the selected participant within a reasonable time [or] within 30 days after the end of the campaign, due to the stated errors of the participant concerned (inability to contact due to own error / omission, rejection of reimbursement, other violations of these Official Rules), the selected participant is considered to be revoked and will lose any right to the reimbursement. In such a case, IKO Sales International NV may decide to select two selected participants in the next draw.

No claims regarding the reimbursement submitted after the signing of the delivery minutes will be subject to review by the organizers of the Campaign.

For the purpose of the Campaign and / or direct marketing, the collected personal data will be processed by IKO Sales International NV as a personal data controller. Other contractual processors may be involved for the purpose of carrying out the purpose of the Campaign and / or direct marketing. For the purpose of carrying out the Campaign and / or direct marketing and related obtaining of personal data via the contact form on the social network Facebook owned by Facebook Inc., Menlo Park, California, the data will be obtained by digital agency Hybrid, https://hybridagency.be/ as a contractual processor who will forward the collected data to the company IKO Sales International NV (personal data controller and data processor).

IKO Sales International NV and its contractual processors Hybrid will at all times endeavor to protect the security and privacy of any data you provide or allow transmission by joining the Campaign. Nevertheless, due to the very nature of the internet IKO Sales International NV and its contractual processors, Hybrid, cannot guarantee that publicly available data will not be improperly accessed or used by third parties.

As part of the Campaign, we will collect data on the website via an online form in accordance with the GDPR regulation (the form contains fields where individual consents are given).By agreeing to participate in the Campaign, each Participant understands and expressly agrees under Article 6/1 (b) of the GDPR Regulation that:• the following personal data will be processed: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, full address and the estimated time for the purchase of the roof;• the collected data will be used to prepare and provide additional information, technical support or to serve as intermediary in the preparation of the requested offer.• personal data will be used to inform about the progress of the campaign via e-mails;

By agreeing to use the data for direct marketing purposes, each Participant understands and expressly agrees under Article 6/1 (a) of the GDPR Regulation that:• The data collected will be used for direct marketing services, such as notifications about the course of the campaign or promotions. The following means of communication can be used for communication:

o online marketing (account notifications)

o e-mail marketing

o Mobile marketing (SMS and MMS to phone number)

o telemarketing (phone calls)

Participant's rights:

• the participant has the right to request acquaintance with his / her own personal data, or under certain conditions, s/he can also require the correction, restriction of processing or deletion of his/her illegally processed data (Articles 15 to 18 of the GDPR Regulation). Such rights may be exercised by the Participant by sending us a written request for this purpose by post or by e-mail to the address of the controller. The participant who considers that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner, as well as the right to assert the protection of his or her rights in court;

• the provision of personal data of a participant is voluntary, but essential for entering the Campaign (revocation of consent or request for deletion of certain data leads to cancellation of participation in the Campaign). The Participant may at any time revoke consent to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing by submitting an appropriate revocation statement via an online form or by e-mail to the controller;

• personal data managed and processed for the purpose of this Campaign may be managed and processed only to the extent and time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Campaign. Personal data will be processed for marketing and other similar purposes also after the expiration of the Campaign, provided that the Participant's consent is not withdrawn. Personal data will be managed and processed for a maximum period of 3 years after the expiration of the Campaign in which the Participant participated.

IKO Sales International NV provide mechanisms for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-datedness of personal data, through a system of processing operations, and allows the identification of personal data subjects, but not for more than is necessary for the purpose of this Campaign and / or marketing or other related activities.

All information provided by the participant of the Campaign will be used legally, in good faith and such use will not be to their detriment or detriment of real estate. Notwithstanding the above, neither IKO Sales International NV, nor its representatives, employees, agents, or other duly authorized persons can fully control the manner in which such details are used by the public and, consequently, the Organizer of the Campaign, its representatives, employees, agents and other duly authorized persons cannot be held liable for any unlawful use by a third party in respect of the details set out above.

No liability or obligation is assumed by IKO Sales International NV for technical problems or technical malfunction in connection with any of the following events that may affect the implementation of the Campaign: hardware or software errors; defective computer, telephone, cable, satellite network, electronic, wireless or internet connection or other problems with internet communication; errors or limitations regarding any Internet service provider, servers, hosting; distorted, packaged or defective data transmission; errors regarding the transmission of e-mails (received / sent); unavailability of the website, in part or in full for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or on the website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the conduct of the Campaign, including without limitation, unauthorized interference, intrusion into a computer system, theft, virus, or bugs.

The Organizer of the Campaign is not responsible in the event that the scheduled draw is canceled due to weather, fire, strike, war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control.

Any dispute relating to the outcome of the Campaign must be submitted to the Organizer within 2 (two) working days after the publication of the results, by using the contact details as set out above.

IKO Sales International NV will use their best endeavors to resolve any dispute amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted for resolution to the competent court. Where a jurisdiction agreement is admissible, the dispute must be brought before a court having jurisdiction over the registered office of IKO Sales International NV (Hasselt or Brussels, Belgium).
